Refund & Cancellation Policy

At Be Posh, we take great pride in the quality of our products. Each perfume is carefully crafted and packed to ensure you receive it in perfect condition.

Cancellation:

  • Orders cannot be cancelled once made. Once order is placed, cancellations are not possible as all orders are prepaid and processed immediately.

Refunds & Returns:

  • We do not offer refunds for any products purchased, including but not limited to, cases of change of mind, incorrect colour choice by the customer, or dissatisfaction with the product's subjective attributes
  • No Returns/Exchanges: We do not accept returns or exchanges for any product under any circumstances, except in the specific case of a confirmed damaged product during transit.

 

Policy for Damaged/Defective Products (Replacement Only)

Be Posh takes utmost care in packaging and quality checking our products. However, in the rare event that you receive a product damaged during transit, the following strict conditions apply:

       Mandatory Unboxing Video: To be eligible for a replacement, you must provide a clear, continuous, and unedited video recording (Unboxing Video) that shows the following:

       The unopened shipping package with the shipping label clearly visible.

       The entire process of opening the package.

       The immediate discovery and clear visual evidence of the damage to the product as it is being unboxed.

       Reporting Period: Damage must be reported to Be Posh official email id with the Unboxing Video attached within 48 hours of the delivery time as recorded by the shipping carrier.

       Remedy (Replacement Only): If the damage is verified by Be Posh using the mandatory Unboxing Video, we will only replace the damaged unit with an identical unit of the same model, size, and colour.

       No Refund Option: No refunds will be provided for damaged products; the only resolution is a replacement.

       Failure to Provide Video: Any claim of a damaged product without the mandatory Unboxing Video will be considered invalid and will not be processed for replacement.

 

Replacement Timeline:

Approved replacements will be processed within 5–7 business days  to your registered address. We maintain strict quality checks to ensure that your Be Posh experience is flawless. Thank you for understanding our hygiene and authenticity policy
